An Evening at the Teahouse
A trekker arrives at a lodge above Namche and orders dinner
Beyond the village, the wind sang against the prayer flags.
You arrive at a Sherpa-run teahouse at 4,400 metres after a long day on the trail. The didi greets you, you order dal bhat, and the kitchen warmth slowly thaws your fingers. The story stays in the present tense — useful for learners building lodge-conversation vocabulary.
